At LearnItYourself, we believe that learning to code should be an adventure, not a chore. That said, we've created a platform where you can master programming languages at your own pace, with your own style, and on your own terms, but with our guidance of course!

What Makes Us Different​

LearnItYourself isn't just another tutorial. It's a learning ecosystem we have designed from the ground up to transform curious beginners into confident creators through hands-on, project-based experiences (and yes, tutorials). The platform evolved from our own frustrations with traditional learning paths that rarely connected theory to practical applications or tutorials that were too vague or too much like a reference book. LearnItYourself is a place where you can leave our site (and come back of course) and feel like you have truly learned something about Python, or any other language we currently have or will add.

Here's what sets us apart:​

  • Self-directed exploration: Learn when inspiration strikes, not when a curriculum dictates
  • Community-powered: As a fully open-source project, experienced developers can contribute their insights and improvements
  • Zero barriers: Completely free with no account requirements (yet)—just dive in and start building

The LearnItYourself Philosophy​

We firmly believe coding isn't just about memorizing syntax or following a curriculum. It's about developing the confidence to create, solve, and innovate. The most valuable skills come from tackling projects that matter to you, making mistakes in safe spaces, and discovering solutions through exploration.

Our Current Focus​

We're currently crafting our Python curriculum, with plans to expand into Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Rust, and other languages that solve real-world problems.
